sothu was founded to bring the aspect of devotion back into the world of contemporary galleries.

The classical white cube became a standard in this world and therefore lost its power to actually act as a sanctuary for art. 

At sothu we strive to recreate this intimate, yet deep devotional aspect of looking at art, experiencing it on its most sensitive level.
